Installation
The structure of the hole saw connecting rod is simple, easy to disassemble and assemble, has strong stability, and good concentricity extends service life.
Note: Applied on the wood hole saw larger than 44mm.
Application
Suitable for softwood, plastic board, plasterboard, and thin PVC board.
NOT suitable for hard metal, hardwood, density board
Assemble Method
Step 1: Insert the drill bit into the mandrel and tighten the screws on the side of the mandrel with a hex wrench.
Step 2: Insert the mandrel from the bottom of the saw blade to the top.
Step 3: Place the mounting plate on the saw blade and tighten the nut to lock the mounting plate to prevent damage (the mounting plate should be between the saw blade and the nut). Gaskets cannot be installed in reverse.
Notice：
1. When using, wear protective goggles and gloves.
2. Not suitable for hard materials such as density board, aluminum, or stone.
3. After the use of a few anti-rust oils on the surface of the filter to avoid natural oxidation, can improve its service life.
4. Hole saws are suitable for wood, if you need a hole saw set for metal please find a thicker hole saw set.
5. Drill bit must be installed to drill relief holes to make saw work easier. It’s recommended to use machines with drill speeds less than or equal to 500 rpm, which can prolong the life of the hole saw.
