- Instructions: Boil water and let it sit for at least 30 seconds. Place the chamomile flowers in a teapot, infuser, or French press. You will need approx. 1 tablespoon of flowers to 8 oz. of water. Pour the boiling water over the flowers and close the container. Allow the Chamomile flowers to steep for a maximum of 5 minutes before serving.
