Borage oil is obtained from the seeds of the borage plant (Borago officinalis) and is one of the oils with the highest content of the essential fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). The proportion of GLA is about 24%.
Gamma-linolenic acid is a triple unsaturated fatty acid and belongs to the omega-6 fatty acids. In the body, it is formed from the essential fatty acid linoleic acid (also omega-6). In addition, it is also absorbed through food. Good suppliers of GLA are vegetable oils such as borage oil, evening primrose oil or black currant seed oil.

Directions
Take 1 softgel per day with a meal and plenty of water.
