Directions

1. Wet the toothbrush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 2. Place the toothbrush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle towards the gum line. 3. Press the power button to start brushing. 4. Move the brush slowly and gently in a circular motion. 5. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all your teeth. 6. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath. 7. Brush for about 2 minutes, spending 30 seconds on each quadrant of your mouth. 8. Rinse your mouth and the toothbrush thoroughly after brushing. 9. Replace the toothbrush head every 3-4 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
