By attaching it to the back of the indoor monitor, you receive calls from your video phone directly on your smartphone, and open your gate and gate remotely. You can also access the history of visits and videos of missed visitors on the somfy Protect app.
The connectivity module attaches to the back of the indoor monitor, all you have to do is download the somfy Protect app to complete the installation and enjoy the benefits of connected.
With the connectivity module, you retain the functionality of your indoor monitor. You receive calls from your video phone simultaneously on your indoor monitor screen and on your smartphone. You control up to 5 equipment or groups of somfy RTS or io equipment depending on the model of the video phone (gate motors, garage door, roller shutters, lights equipped with a radio receiver).
Warning: if you have a second monitor, its functionality is limited. You continue to control somfy radio equipment (RTS or io depending on the model of the videophone) but you will no longer be able to receive calls from this second monitor.
