2-Tilt it patiently forward to get just the egg white leaving the yolk behind and coming out of the beak.

EGG WHISK/EGG BEATER/EGG BLENDER
Push the whisk handle straight down into the egg liquid so it spins on the center rod. It will wind up and get short. Just lift up and it unwinds fast.
