Abdominal area: right abdominal belly button is 1cm overweight
Usage method:
1. Select positions such as the abdomen, mid thigh, and biceps as measurement points. Men need to increase the chest, while women need to increase the measurement of the armpits
2. Lift the folds with your thumb and index finger, ensuring that they are perpendicular to the long axis of the skin
3. Keep folds elevated during measurement
4. When measuring, make the claws of the body fat clip perpendicular to the folds, 1cm away from the thumb and index finger. Slowly relax the pressure on the body fat clip, and the force should be based on the lock just sliding in
