This works because these little nuisances do not like the light emitted and thus stay away from it. The effect can be measured within a radius of up to 12 ft around the anti-mosquito bulb. You can use the bulb indoors and outdoors if you place it in a fixture suitable for outdoors. We recommend using several bulbs, e.g. on light strings, depending on the area you want free of mosquitos. You can also combine the bulb with other light sources, however those should be 12 ft away from the anti-insect LED bulbs.
