How to assemble a hole saw? 1. Insert the drill bit into the mandrel and tighten the screw on the side of the mandrel with a hex wrench. 2. Insert the mandrel into the top of the blade from the bottom. 3. Put the mounting plate on the saw, and then tighten the nut to lock the mounting plate to prevent damage (the mounting plate should be between the saw blade and the nut). The gasket cannot be installed backwards. 4. Make sure you have tightened the screws on the side of the mandrel with a hex key without wobbling to ensure a precise cut. 5. The drill bit and the hole saw are easy to get stuck and cannot be taken out during use, which makes the drill bit easy to break. Be sure to reduce the drilling speed when operating.
