  • Durable Material: The 35 mm hinge drill jig is made of aluminium alloy for precision manufacture, accurate positioning, durability and long life.
  • Three-layer Drill Sleeves: Upper, middle and lower three-layer drill sleeves have a total height of 2 cm. The higher the height, the smaller the swing of the drill bit and the more accurate the drilling.
  • Double Clamp Design: The clip has two grips and the indenter is made of rubber for more stability and a firmer grip. Suitable boards can be 15-25mm thick and drilled to a depth of 10-15mm.
  • Accurate & Reliable: Simply loosen the fixing screw at the bottom and adjust the drilling margin by referring to the positioning scale on the machine, which can be adjusted from 3 to 7 mm. it also has a 2 mm edge groove, which allows precise drilling even if the door is already sealed.
  • Purpose: Drilling of 35 mm hinges for installation, punch and positioning of door hinges, auxiliary tools for woodworking openings
