3M Wetordry sandpaper is a high quality abrasive paper that is ideal for sanding metal surfaces prior to applying primer or paint, sanding between coats of paint or varnish, fine finishing, burnishing old finishes and feathering fine edges. The silicon carbide mineral is bonded to its backing paper with waterproof resin, meaning that it can be used wet to reduce heat build-up and dust levels. If the paper becomes clogged, simply rinse it in clean water and re-use.
The pack supplied here contains an assortment of fine grades to give you a range of choices for different applications or stages of your project. 3M Wetordry sandpaper can be used on metal, varnish and painted surfaces.
