Curaprox Enzycal is a gentle anti-caries toothpaste that strengthens the natural oral defense system. Enzymes together with active fluoride help protect teeth against tooth decay. Enzycal is also excellent for electric and sonic toothbrushes (low-forming, RDA value 70). Unlike most toothpastes, Curaprox Enzycal SLS is free. SLS is a cheap cleaning agent, which is contained in many hygiene products and sometimes even has high concentrations. SLS easily enters the body through the oral mucosa and can therefore cause irritation. Our teeth are constantly attacked by bacteria. The body’s own enzymes try to dissolve these harmful micro-organisms, but they need additional support. Enzycal contains the three important enzymes lactoperoxidase, amyloglucosidase and glucose oxidase, which strengthen the body’s own and antibacterial salivary system.
