Mino ware is a generic term for all ceramic ware produced in Mino (in particular Higashi-Mino (Eastern Mino)) region. Popular earthenware such as Oribe ware and Shino ware, they also produce porcelain ware. In fact, the region produces more than half of ceramic pottery ware produced and sold in Japan.
