Product description: With a retro adapter, lenses of all manufacturers can be used on your Nikon SLR camera. Only relevant for this is the filter diameter of the lens. The adapter is attached to the filter thread and attached to your Nikon camera in the reverse position, which significantly reduces the lens close-up focus limit.
As this is in AV mode of the camera, the exposure measurement of the camera automatically determines the exposure time of the respective shot. However, it must be taken into account that the focusing and aperture must be adjusted manually on the lens. For AF lenses with dipping trick: the lens is attached to the camera in normal position and set the desired aperture. When the dip-down button is pressed, the lens is removed from the camera and the set aperture remains.
