Instruction for use:
Unscrew the stainless steel unit and handle from the top.
Fill the mill with the spice.
Rescrew the handle and stainless steel unit onto the mill.
Hold it with one hand on the mill, the other hand on the grinder and turn the handle clockwise.
For best grinding results: hold the mill body steady and turn mill top in a clockwise direction only.
This is done by counting the number of rounds completed.
How To Clean the Mill:
Hand wipe with soft DRY cloth. Do NOT submerge in water.
* Recommended ground spices: black peppercorn, lake salt, sea salt, or others. Not for Himalayan pink salt.
