They ensure protection of single-phase circuits against overload and short circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal AC currents and pulsating currents with smooth DC current content of up to 6 mA against earth. As well as error protection (protection in the event of indirect touch), additional protection (with I?n = 30 mA) and fire protection (with I?n = 300 mA). They meet the product standards IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20), IEC/EN 61009-2-1 (VDE 0664-21). Areas of use include household, commercial and industrial applications.
