How does this Support work?
This Wrist Support Sleeve provides support whilst allowing the natural movement of the wrist, enabling you to carry out your daily or sporting activities with ease. It also helps to alleviate pain caused through sprains or strains by applying gentle compression to the whole wrist region. The wrap around strap can be adjusted according to the level of support that you need. The Wrist Wrap helps alleviate pain caused by joint, muscle and tendon overuse and strain caused by repetitive movements from activities such as typing at a computer, clicking and or sports. This is achieved through gentle compression and enhanced support from the wrap around strap, which help to alleviate symptoms and speed up the healing process. Sizing
Measure the circumference of the wrist in centimetres (see above picture), and use the following as a guide to getting the correct size: Small- 13-15, Medium- 15-17, Large- 17-20. Please go for the bigger size if you are in between sizes.

Fitting
When attaching the hook and loop fastening at the end of each strap, please ensure the hook and loop is attached to the straps themselves, and not the material of the support.
