Wearing steps:
Step 1：Open all the straps. Take the liner out of the boot. Place your foot in the liner making sure to slide your heel to the back of the liner.
Step 2：Close liner starting at your toes. Make sure the liner is snug around your foot and leg.
Step 3：Place your foot with liner inside the boot making sure your heel is pushed all the way to the back of the boot. Attach and fasten the top strap once your foot is in the proper position.
Step 4：Fasten the straps starting at the toes and working up.
Notes:
1. The ankle stabilizer can be used on the ground during a small amount of indoor activities but cannot be used on the ground for a long time.
2. Correct application is vital to the proper functioning of the brace. Use foot length for a more precise fit.
