Microscope Usage: 1. Insert the battery, turn on the LED power switch; 2. Rotate the focus knob in counterclockwise, elevate lens barrel; 3. Take samples firstly, place it on the glass slide, can cover with another glass slide as a coverslip. Then place the one with sample on the stage and fix with clip. Move specimens to intermediate aperture, adjust the objective to the uppermost; 4. Turn the objective lens to 100x, 400x, 1200x as your need; 5. Looking at the objective, rotate the adjustment knob to adjust height of the objective lens to suitable height, do not touch coverslip, look at the eyepiece, rotate the adjustment knob a little until you can observe the detail. 6, Rotate eyepiece slightly to get clearer view. Note: If you want use with phone holder, please fix the phone holder before Step 5.
Note: Without anything on the objective tray, don’t look down the eyepiece when the LED light is lighted.
