In the development of the fittings, Alphacool focused on a particular problem: the deformation of PETG HardTubes at high temperature. These can deform at 60°C. Although such a temperature is usually rarely reached, it can still stand out. The icicle PRO prevents this problem from the first and keeps the tubes in place.

- In the development of the fittings, Alphacool focused on a particular problem: the deformation of PETG HardTubes at high temperature. These can deform at 60°C. Although such a temperature is usually rarely reached, it can still stand out.
- The nylon inserts prevent deformation and stabilise the hard tubes. Furthermore, the fitting still has an O-ring and a compression seal. However, the contact surface is much larger than normal O-rings, which ensures a better grip.
- Even with higher loads, the HardTube does not slip. Alphacool has tested the tensile strength of up to 8 kg. So you don’t have to worry about this.
