304 stainless steel belongs to austenitic stainless steel. Austenite is partially or a small amount transformed into martensite during cold working. Martensite is magnetic, so 304 stainless steel is non-magnetic or slightly magnetic. How to distinguish between normal thread and reverse thread?
1. Put a screw upside down in your hand
2. Observe the direction of the thread, if the thread direction is from lower left to upper right, it is a normal thread (lock in clockwise)
Otherwise, if you tilt from the top left to the bottom right, its is a reverse threaded (lock in counterclockwise)
