A fast-absorbing gel that delivers 23g of carbohydrates, a B-vitamin complex to support a normal energy-yielding metabolism and Vitamin C. This is a perfect fuel source during your tough gym or cross fit workouts, or an ideal team sports energy source.

Ingredients

Water, Maltodextrin (33%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Natural Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sweetener (Sucralose), B-Vitamin Blend, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid).

Directions

Consume orally 1-3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise to maximise carbohydrate utilisation and support exercise performance. Do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Ensure you keep hydrated
