Aputure AL-MC

The MC is Aputure’s first light that provides full colour control for hue, saturation and intensity (HSI). With a colour of 360° and a saturation setting of 100 levels, you can reproduce any colour comfortably in your hand. Excellent colour quality. As with all Aputure lights, the MC is proud of its colour rendering with CRI and TLCI values of 96+ and SSI values of 84 in art and 74 in daylight. All this is achieved through underlying technology that reproduces colours better and more accurate than ever before: RGBWW. Unlike conventional RGB the Aputure MC is not just a light based on red, green and blue LEDs. By adding two additional white LEDs – one in art and one in daylight – the Aputure MC is an incredibly small light that competes with industry giants. HSI/CCT/FX lighting modes. With the Aputure MC you can be more flexible when filming and you have multiple lighting modes available to meet your requirements. In addition to HSI colour mode, you can use the MC to adjust your white light in CCT mode or use integrated light effects in FX mode. CCT lighting modes. The MC is the first mini LED from Aputure that offers fine CCT control. You can select any colour temperature in the extended bi-colour range of the MC between 3200K and 6500K in increments of 100K to adapt to any situation. FX lighting modes. Switch between the nine preset lighting effects of the MC to get an overview. If you need more control over your lighting effects, you can use the Sidus Link app to adjust all parameters of the effects. Light effects include: paparazzi, fireworks, defective bulb, flash, TV, pulsation, fire, party and police car. Anywhere and anytime. As part of our M series of mini LEDs, the 130g MC fits easily into your palm. With a base area of only slightly more than a credit card and a thickness of only 17 mm, the MC fits anywhere. With the built-in magnets and the 1-4-20 screw attachment, you can place it and use it in seconds. Use it as an on-camera light or place it in hard-to-reach places to add an app controllable accent or fill light. With its lightweight, slim profile, you can put several MCs in your camera bag or bag, so you are always ready to use. App control. With the proprietary Sidus Mesh system, each light can communicate with each other and with the mobile app. Each additional light increases the integrity of the network. In this way, you can control lights within a radius of 400 metres without the need for an external router if the lights are no more than 80 metres apart. With the current Sidus mesh technology, you can control up to 100 lights in a stable network. Control a single light or all at the same time via the mobile Sidus Link app for iOS and Android. Sidus Link allows for more accurate control of the HSI, CCT and FX functions of the light by activating additional control methods and parameters. One of the most groundbreaking functions of the Sidus Link app is the colour selection function. With the colour selector you can simply point the camera of your phone at a colour, record it and reproduce your light immediately. Wireless charging. The MC is compatible with the Qi wireless charging protocol, so it can be used with most wireless chargers on the market.
