Aribari high quality metal dog whistle
The dog whistle with adjustable frequency allows you to start your dog training effectively. Due to the high tone your dog can hear the whistle even at a great distance.
Setting the frequency:
Simply loosen the rear screw and adjust the frequency. Then the adjustment is secured with the screw. The pitch can be optimally adjusted to your dog. To ensure an adjustment of the adjusted pitch, you should fix the adjustment screw with some glue or nail polish.
This is how you train your dog with the dog whistle:
So that your dog reacts to the whistle, you must train your dog on it. The dog must link the sound of the whistle with a command, e.g. “come back”. This is best done with a reward for the dog during training. The procedure is as follows: Call a command out loud, which the dog knows, e.g. “heel!” and then a strong whistle with the training whistle. When the dog comes to you, reward him with a treat. Repeat this several times until you finally omit the command and can only use the whistle.
