No2 test for measuring nitrite in freshwater and marine aquariums kit consisting of: 1 graduated test tube, 1 10 ml bottle of reagent no2, 1 colorimetric scale and the leaflet. The risk of nitrite ideally should always be zero. A maximum concentration of 0.05 mg/l is acceptable in marine aquariums; in fresh water, the limit value is 0.1 mg/l. Add 5 drops of reagent no2, shake the test tube well and wait about 5 minutes. 4. Determine the amount of nitrite by comparing the colour of the liquid contained in the tube with that of the supplied colorimetric scale.
