Probably the most popular card game of Bavaria – Schafkopf, was invented around 1800 in Germany.
Tarot is a card game known since the 15th century and originated in Italy. It is the oldest challenging card game from which all other games (Bridge, Canasta, Double Head, Rummy, Skat…) have evolved. Tarot is played with 36 sheets and German colours by 3 players. Tarot is a stitch and eye game packed in a sturdy plastic case.
