Retro adapter (reverse ring) close-up photography at the highest level. With this retro adapter, you can screw any lens in the opposite way to the camera and convert it into macro lenses. So you can take fantastic macro shots without having to spend horrendous hums on expensive lenses. Using the filter thread, the lens is screwed inverted to the camera. In this so-called retro position, the lens works similar to a magnifying glass. Since the focal length is significantly shorter than in the normal position, lower shooting punches and higher image scales are possible. You can approach the lens closer to the subject and it will appear larger on the image level. The reverse ring is very delicate and yet very stable. Due to its low strength, there is only a very small distance between the lens and the camera which does not affect the image quality. Technical details: image scale 1:7 to 1:2, 8 (depending on the lens used) handling: 1. screw the reverse ring into the bayonet. 2. Screw the lens upside down to the reverse ring. Note: Since the reverse ring does not transfer electronic data, you need to focus manually and adjust the aperture. Most cameras can calculate the exposure time by automatic timing. However, for some it needs to be adjusted manually. For certain camera models, it may even be necessary to disable the shutter lock. Note: The thread diameter of this reverse ring can be found in the item heading.
