INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • Ensure hair is dry and combed through to remove any tangles. Divide the hair into sections ready for styling. • Remove the silicon plate guard and allow the plates to open. For safety reasons you will not be able to switch the straightener on whilst in the closed position. • Press and hold the on/off button for 1-2 seconds and a green LED and gentle notification sound will indicate that the straightener is switched on. • Once the straightener is on it will automatically start heating up to 160°C and a white LED will illuminate along the metallic strip. • There a 5 heat settings. To select the next heat setting press the on/ off button until the desired temperature is reached. • The LED will flash whilst the straightener is heating up to the chosen setting and will stop flashing when the target temperature has been reached and is ready to use. • Place a section of hair between the straightening plates, close to the roots. • Hold the hair firmly between the straightening plates and slide down the length of the hair, from root to tip in one smooth movement. • Repeat for each section of hair. • Allow the hair to cool before combing through. • After use, press and hold the on/off button for 1-2 seconds, the gentle notification sounds indicates the straightener has switched off. • Once the straightener has switched off, place the heat resistant silicon plate guard over the straightening plates in a closed position. • Allow the appliance to cool before storing away.

Return the appliance to the Customer Care Centre (refer to ‘UK After Sales Service’ section for further information). No repair must be attempted by the consumer. • Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on or plugged in. • During use, do not place the appliance on any heat sensitive surface, even when using the heat wrap provided. • WARNING! Only hold the handle during use. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance when in use as these can be extremely hot. • Take care to avoid the hot surface of the appliance coming into direct contact with the skin, in particular the eyes, ears, face and neck. • In the event of the appliance being left switched on, the appliance will automatically shut off after 60 minutes.
