The new Barr & Stroud Sierra range of binoculars are a blend of superb optical quality and rugged refinement. If you are looking for compact binocular, but you need more power than the 8×32 the 10×32 Sierra is strong contender to solve your problem. All the portability of the less powerful 8×32 but packing that extra power punch! Don’t expect great things however if your observing takes you dark places, if low light observations are important to you then you would be better off looking at the 10×42 or better still the 10×50, but if portability is your prime requirement then this little gem may be exactly what you are looking for in a binocular!
