Alka-Plus: for increasing alkalinity.
Alka-Plus increases the alkalinity (TA) of your whirlpool water. A too low TA can cause the pH value to fluctuate greatly during setting, making setting difficult. Furthermore, the water can become corrosive, which surfaces such as the whirlpool tub can attack
Advantages: – Prevents damage to surfaces and installations. – Stabilises the pH value and makes setting easier
Recommended use: Check the TA at least once a week with SpaTime test strips. If necessary, set the value to the ideal value of 80-120mg/L. Dissolve the required amount of Alka-Plus in a clean container in clear water. Make sure that the container has been cleaned of foreign substances. Always put the granules into the water first and not vice versa. Dispense the solution evenly over the entire water surface of your whirlpool when the pump is running.
