The additional gel electrodes can be optionally used for EMS application with the EM 32 and EM 37 abdominal and back muscle belt EM 39 2-in-1. While the three devices take care of your abdominal and/or back muscles and train them by means of current, the two additional self-adhesive electrodes can be used individually on the body using the supplied cable, e.g. on the arms, the upper back or in the shoulder and neck area. All three belts are used for accompanying training and can also be used for regeneration. With EMS training, known from sports medicine and rehabilitation therapy, strengthening the muscles and relaxation is achieved.
