1. Plug in the heating pad and select a temperature setting. 2. The heating pad will reach the highest temperature in less than 10 minutes. 3. Adjust the temperature setting as needed for controlled and consistent warmth. 4. The heat pad will automatically switch off after 90 minutes. 5. For fastest warming, initially set the highest temperature setting. 6. To clean, detach the power cord and temperature control, and wash at 30°.
