How IPL technology works
The IPL Pure Skin Pro is a device for light-based hair removal. This technique has been proven safe and effective in clinical applications around the world in over 15 years to achieve long-term hair reduction.
IPL technology uses optical energy to deactivate hair growth. The pigment melanin in the hair absorbs the light of the flash triggered by the IPL device. This generates heat, which deactivates the hair follicle – the hair root. The hair falls out and no longer grows back.
