Aureo playing cards are inspired by the art of the renaissance and the golden ratio. In the 1500s Leonardo da Vinci illustrated ‘La Divina’ (The Divine Proportion), a book written by mathematician Luca Pacioli which described what became known as the golden ratio. This is a ratio that occurs within nature over and over again. Da Vinci referred to this section as ‘aurea’ or ‘Golden’ section. The Bicycle Aureo features unique designs with intricate gold swirls and custom court card designs. Printed by USPCC on premium Bicycle card stock. Also included is a handy Cipher card bag.
