- Legendary football ground architect Archibald Leitch redeveloped the original layout between 1906-13, leaving his mark in more ways than one, including the iconic “Rovers FC” masonry sign which adorned the turnstile entrance to the old Blackburn End terrace until Ewood Park was upgraded again in the 1990’s.
