The Camargue yearling is a one-year-old male Camargue horse. Although yearlings are already very capable, they can still be a little clumsy on their long legs. You might also have come across their mother on this website–– the Camargue mare. There you can also find more information about this fascinating breed. And if you love to ride, riding a Camargue could be a lot of fun for you. Camargue horses are white, which for horses is of course called “gray”. At birth, they are actually light brown to black, but they continue to grow lighter until they are about ten years old. Camargues are fully grown at about seven to ten years, which is a little longer than other breeds–– they are considered late bloomers!
not appropriate for children under the age of 3
