Attention:
1. Do not soak the probe in liquids other than swimming pool or thermal water.
2. Turn the switch to the closing position when not in use.
3. Please store the tester in a cool and dry place.
Usage:
Before using this tester for the first time, you need to adjust it to fit the pool or thermal water with the following sequence:
1. Test the pool or thermal water using a conventional liquid test kit
2. Record the level of chlorine reading you will need.
3. No pH adjustment is required.
How to find the adjustment point for the chlorine test:
1. Insert 1 x 1.5V AA battery into the handle compartment.
2. Hold the tester in one hand and the probe in the other.
3. Insert clean metal probes into the water to the black band.
4. Slightly mix water with the probe.
5. With the probe still in the water, turn the wheel on the front side of the tester completely to the left in the direction “CL”. Turn the wheel back to the right until the needle reaches the chlorine level recorded with the liquid convention tester (e.g. 1.5 ppm)
6. Remove the probes from the water without touching the wheel. The indicator will move completely to the right and will stop on a letter between A and E. This letter is your “p
