The frame of the HC-0910 Foldable Garden Trolley is built with strong and robust powder-coated steel and the material is 600D polyester which is durable and resilient. The two front wheels of the cart swerve easily so steering the cart does not require force, and both wheels can be secured by a brake which will keep the cart stationary even when fully loaded.
