The Unlevel hangboard differs from ordinary hangboards due to the curved grip. The special thing about this new last shape is that it takes into account the different finger lengths and distributes the load more evenly across all fingers. A perfect tool for preventive finger strength training and building training after finger injuries. The links of our fingers are naturally different lengths. This results in a different angle position of the finger middle joints (PIP) when gripping a straight handle. The greater the difference in length between middle and neighboring fingers, the steeper the angle in the middle joint of the middle finger becomes in the half crimp. Under load, this creates an uneven distribution of forces, which can not only lead to different force ratios, but also to overloads and joint capsule discomfort. With the curved strip shape of the Unlevel hangboard, the difference in length is compensated and the fingers are evenly loaded with identical joint position. The symmetrical handle shape allows you to train both hands on just one bar. As a result, the Unlevel hangboard includes two instead of just one strip depth compared to many other manufacturers.
