- Here we have on offer the 74mm centre rail bed slat holder which can house sprung bed slats with a width of up to 74mm wide and a thickness of 13mm. To securely hold the sprung bed slats to a bed frame, each holder features a two-prong system, each of which measures 16.6mm in length and is 38mm apart.
