√Note that only one user can use the TALK button at a time to speak to the other user. The other user must wait for the speaker to finish and then press and hold the TALK button on their side to respond. You will not be able to hear the other user while you are speaking.

1.If you are unable to talk to another intercom, check if the intercom has power and is turned on. Ensure that both intercoms are set to the same channel. Wait until the other user has finished talking before speaking into the intercom.
2.You cannot speak and hear at the same time with the intercom system as it is a real-time communication system without memory or storage function. You will not be able to receive any information while talking to others, and you cannot speak to another user if they are already speaking.
3.Set the same channel and code before talking for two intercom stations to receive communication. This also means that any other intercoms can communicate if they have the same channel code. To avoid interference, consider setting a different channel or code.
4.After every use, connect the intercom station to your local AC power with the provided adapter (DC 5V1A), cable, and charge stand. It is recommended that you keep the intercom in the charge stand after each use, or the intercom will power off within 24 hours. Press and hold the ON/OFF button to turn it on after charging.
