4. Warm tips
1. If you use the printer frequently, it is best to turn it on, because most printers will automatically start cleaning the print head when resetting, which wastes ink.
2. However, if you do not use the machine frequently, you can turn it off. Just turn on the power once a week to prevent the print head from clogging.
3. If printouts appear faded, streaked, or fold lines, try cleaning the printer head and nozzles a few times.
4. When you receive the error message “The ink cartridge cannot be recognized,” remove the affected ink cartridge and then gently wipe the chip with a soft, lint-free cloth or eraser. If the problem persists, turn off the printer and unplug it for 30 seconds, then try again.
