— The hand tap is suitable for through or shallow blind holes. Create new threads or re-thread damaged or jammed threads, such as threads in nuts, threaded inserts, pipes. Used for copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel and plastic. It is a valuable tool for effectively tapping threads in non-ferrous metals

— Hand taps are used by tap wrenches. Apply a suitable lubricant helps to prolong the tool life, reduce friction, and improve thread quality. Always use the correct speed and pressure. Drill holes with a drill bit before tapping, and the tapping angle should be 90 degrees vertical and stable.
Useful Tips:
— The higher the hardness, the slower the speed. When tapping plastic, add lubricating coolant. For steel, motor oil is generally used, and vegetable oil is used for high requirements. Apply anti-rust oil for maintenance after use to prolong the service life.
