Cold application:
Place the compress in the freezer for approx. 2 hours.
For quick use when cold therapy is required, e.g. for blunt injuries, to prevent swelling, to relieve pain from haematomas (bruises), burns, cramps, strains, nosebleeds, toothaches or sprains, inflammations, bruises during sport or leisure activities, insect bites and migraines!
Warm application:
Place the compress in hot water at 80° C for approx. 4 minutes or heat in the microwave at 280 W for 2 minutes.
Promotes local circulation and relieves tension. It is particularly suitable for use against tension, for stress treatment, in heat therapy, for back pain, period pain, menstrual cramps, lumbago, abdominal pain, kidney pain and sore muscles. Simply place on the shoulder, back, feet, kidneys or other parts of the body!
Hints:
• Always use a thin cloth for wrapping!
• For external use only!
• Do not place on open wounds!
• Do not use for longer than 20 minutes!
• Keep away from children!
• Do not use defective compresses and dispose of them in the household waste!
• If the contents of the compress come into contact with eyes, skin or open wounds, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and, if in doubt, consult a doctor or pharmacist and take the compress with you!
• Take a break of 30 minutes between applications.
• Always consult a doctor in case of heart, circulatory and sugar diseases!
