The 843AR is a conductive single-component coating based on solvent and acrylic lacquer. It is charged with very electrically conductive silver copper flakes. The hardened coating is smooth, hard and abrasion resistant. It is a dilution-free system ready to spray by gun. It dries quickly without the need for heat cure. It adheres strongly to most injection molded plastics such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It offers strong RFI shielding over high frequency ranges. The 843AR is designed to eliminate EMI/RFI interference by applying an electrically conductive layer to the internal surfaces of plastic electronics enclosures. It excels where high levels of shielding are required.
