Cosmic Shimmer brings you the Andy Skinner Structure Paste. A white paste can be applied with a palette knife, brush, even through a stencil. It is a fast-drying paste, like all of Andy’s pastes and dries in about 10-15 minutes depending on how thickly it has been applied, it can be dried with a heat tool to speed drying. When applying with a palette knife hold the knife at 45 degrees. Use a stippling motion to create a thin uneven coat. Colour can be added over the structure paste or to the paste before applying to your project. Great for creating a textured mixed media piece of art.
