All our sizes are ‘cut sizes’ which is industry standard terminology for the size of the material before it is fabricated into a napkin. Therefore expect the ‘finished’ size to be slightly different.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please get in touch with us within seven days of receipt of good and we will resolve the issue. If needed the goods can be returned back to us and we will refund the full amount excluding any postage costs incurred.
