Caran D’Ache-NeoColor 2 Water Soluble Wax Pastel Set. These water- soluble color wax pastels are suitable for numerous artistic techniques on a wide range of materials. Neocolor II Crayons are softer than colored pencils denser than children’s wax crayons and extremely responsive to a wet brush. Wet and dry techniques can be combined in the same drawing. This package contains thirty wax pastels in assorted colors within one 4-1/2×10-3/4×1/2 inch storage tin. Conforms to ASTM D 4236.
