Neocolor II Crayons are softer than colored pencils denser than children’s wax crayons and extremely responsive to a wet brush. Wet and dry techniques can be combined in the same drawing. This package contains fifteen wax pastels in assorted colors within one 4-1/2×5-1/2×1/2 inch storage tin. Conforms to ASTM D 4236.
