CUPERINOX was born in 2.004 as the evolution to the new century of Peralta knives, a family company founded in the 1960s by D. Joseph Peralta Massiá and continued by his son D. Manuel Peralta In the 70s after the closure of Albacete small workshops they decided to assemble their own factory to produce their own knives. We have currently inherited the tradition as knife manufacturers and have expanded to all types of houseware products.
